How much are your water feature / concrete seating? Do you have a pricing catalogue / brochure?

All our garden features are custom-made, allowing you to choose the size, colour, and style that perfectly complements your garden. You can view 2024 pricing guides for standard items here. 

We deliver Australia wide and internationally via sea or air freight. Delivery costs are calculated based on the size of your item and the destination. For Melbourne Metro and interstate deliveries, we use trusted carriers weekly, while international shipments are arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Important Delivery Notes:

  • Let us know any special instructions or obstacles for delivery.
  • Ensure someone is available to accept and help unload the delivery.
  • Lifting equipment or assistance may be required at the site.

For self-arranged transport, Moon Design Group is not liable for damage caused by poor handling.

International Freight:
We export to your nearest port on a CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) basis.

Inspection Upon Delivery:
Inspect your items immediately and sign the delivery acceptance only if they are in perfect condition. Signing before inspection may void insurance coverage.

If you need help with measurements, our designer can visit your site for a consultation and measure-up.

This service costs $200 (incl. GST) for Melbourne Metro, Sydney Metro and Adelaide Metro, with additional charges for locations outside the area.

Costs
  • Starting from $880 (incl. GST), based on site conditions.
  • Crane Installation: $800 + GST minimum, $200 + GST/hour thereafter.
  • Feature Installation: $800 + GST minimum, includes 2 tradespeople for 4 hours. Additional time is $150 + GST/hour per person.

How It Works
  1. Receive a detailed estimate for approval before dispatch.
  2. Pay upfront; any additional costs will be invoiced after installation.
  3. Refunds provided for overestimated charges.

Made-to-Order Process

At Moon Design Group, all works are custom-made to suit your needs.

  • Detailed shop drawings will be provided for your approval before fabrication begins.
  • A 50% deposit is required to issue drawings for your project.
  • Fabrication starts once the drawings are approved.
  • Typical fabrication time is 8–14 weeks from approval.

To protect the finish of your powder-coated item, remove the plastic stretch film or wrapping as soon as you receive it.

If stored outdoors while wrapped, moisture or condensation can get trapped between the wrap and the surface, potentially damaging the coating. This may result in the need for costly recoating and related services, which are not covered.

Powder coating is designed to be durable and withstand outdoor conditions, but proper care starts with unwrapping it promptly.

Unwrap it. Don’t trap it. Preserve the finish and avoid unnecessary expenses.

At Moon Design Group, our Terms of Trade govern all products and services provided. Below is an overview of the essential terms:

  1. Agreement Formation

    • By accepting our quotation and paying a deposit, you enter into a binding contract with us.
    • These terms should be read alongside the quotation and Care & Warranty Policy.
  2. Quotation & Pricing

    • Quotations outline specifications, costs, and items provided or required.
    • Prices are valid for 30 days, subject to adjustments if not accepted within that timeframe.
  3. Payments

    • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion and before delivery.
    • Delays in payments may lead to storage fees, delays, or cancellation.
  4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

    • Sculptures remain our property until fully paid.
    • All designs, drawings, and related intellectual property rights belong to us and cannot be reproduced without permission.
  5. Cancellations & Variations

    • You may cancel within three business days of paying the deposit for a partial refund.
    • Any changes to the project must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional costs or delays.
  6. Delivery & Installation

    • Delivery dates are estimates and depend on site readiness and timely payments.
    • Risk transfers to the client upon delivery. The site must be prepared for installation as outlined in the quotation.
  7. Care & Warranty

    • Sculptures are covered under our Care & Warranty Policy for quality assurance.
    • Natural material variations are not considered defects.
  8. Site Responsibilities

    • Clients must ensure the site is accessible, cleared of obstructions, and compliant with safety standards before delivery or installation.
    • Additional site visits or adjustments due to unpreparedness may incur extra charges.
  9. Liability & Compliance

    • While we strive for precision, delays due to third-party involvement, site issues, or external factors are not our liability.
    • We comply with workplace safety regulations, and clients must ensure site readiness to minimize risks.
  10. Photography & Promotion

    • We may photograph completed sculptures for promotional use.

At Moon Design Group, we are committed to the longevity and quality of our products. Here are the key points of our Care & Warranty policy:

  1. General Warranty

    • We provide a 3-year structural warranty on water feature and GRC concrete seating, covering defects in workmanship and structural integrity.
  2. Care Guidelines

    • Regular maintenance, such as cleaning with mild soap and water, helps ensure longevity.
    • Items in coastal, chlorinated, or irrigated environments require more frequent care to prevent accelerated deterioration.
  3. Material-Specific Care

    • Corten Steel: Naturally weathers over time; requires a dry environment and periodic cleaning.
    • Powder-Coated or Painted Finishes: Clean gently with soap and water; avoid abrasive cleaners.
    • Stainless Steel: Maintain with stainless steel cleaners; avoid abrasives to prevent damage.
  4. Warranty Exclusions

    • Normal aging, wear and tear, environmental factors, and improper maintenance are not covered.
    • Damage from misuse, poor site preparation, or repairs without consultation voids the warranty.
  5. Australian Consumer Law

    • Our warranty complements your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and remedies are available for major failures.
At Moon Design Group, we follow these payment terms to ensure smooth processing:
  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before we begin work or issue drawings for your project.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due before the items are dispatched.

Ownership

  • Goods remain the property of Moon Design Group until payment is made in full.
  • Accounts unpaid after 15 days may incur interest and additional charges.

Payment Methods

  • Direct Deposit (preferred).
  • Credit Card (1.6% merchant fee applies).
  • Cheques are not accepted.
