General Warranty
- We provide a 3-year structural warranty on water feature and GRC concrete seating, covering defects in workmanship and structural integrity.
Care Guidelines
- Regular maintenance, such as cleaning with mild soap and water, helps ensure longevity.
- Items in coastal, chlorinated, or irrigated environments require more frequent care to prevent accelerated deterioration.
Material-Specific Care
- Corten Steel: Naturally weathers over time; requires a dry environment and periodic cleaning.
- Powder-Coated or Painted Finishes: Clean gently with soap and water; avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Stainless Steel: Maintain with stainless steel cleaners; avoid abrasives to prevent damage.
Warranty Exclusions
- Normal aging, wear and tear, environmental factors, and improper maintenance are not covered.
- Damage from misuse, poor site preparation, or repairs without consultation voids the warranty.
Australian Consumer Law
- Our warranty complements your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, and remedies are available for major failures.
