Bellevue Hill Residence has a relaxed Mediterranean feel with a smartly designed terraced garden. The steep slope between front and back was turned into a practical and stylish space.

At the front, the garage roof became a viewing deck, making the entry more open and peaceful with water features and plants.

Out the back, an old shed is now a modern retreat with timber ceiling, skylights, a stone wall, and a full outdoor kitchen. The garden has layered levels, a pool, firepit, and low-maintenance plants—great for relaxing or entertaining all year round.

This project features an infinity swimming pool, spa, composite decking and a 3-meter water feature wall with marble stone veneer. Three tired platforms with raised garden beds and floating timber seating to enjoy the water feature wall. the bottom platform features a sandstone table and stool set and a large lawn space for family and friends gatherings and outdoor activities.
