All of our clients have a unigue outdoor space or project in mind. Our job is to develop an exceptional and functional
design that reflects your personality and lifestyle. Below is the standard landscape design process.
STEP1
- INITIAL CONSULTATION
This is the opportunity to talk about your space, how you picture your dream garden, any expected budget and other ideas you may have. We will provide valuable inputs and ideas for how to best use your space.
Once we have a good idea of your needs, a design proposal including a brief on concepts and an image board of ideas will be prepared and emailed to you. We will arrange a quick online meeting to go through the proposal with you and answer any questions you might have.
STEP2
- CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
After the initial consultation, we will perform a comprehensive site assessment for you which enables us to develop a full design brief and base plan for design scopes.
Depending on what design package you choose, we will present you with a combination of images, sketch plans and 3D representations which will communicate our combined ideas for your garden design.
STEP3
- DESIGN DOCUMENTATIONS
If there are any additions or changes you would like after reviewing our concepts, we will work through these with you to refine and establish a final concept design.
Once the design is final, we will develop and provide a detailed design package including a landscape plan, planting plan & schedule, lighting plan, setout plan and all other specifications necessary to bring your design to life.
STEP4
- QUOTATION
From just a concept or with all of the above we can forward your plans to our qualified contractor teams to provide independent quotes. All items within the quote are priced separately to ensure transparency and a clear understanding of where costs lie.
