For this beachside ground-floor apartment, we designed a Mediterranean-inspired modern garden to attract Airbnb guests. The garden features a tranquil water feature and floating concrete seating in the dining area, which faces a sophisticated small outdoor kitchen, perfect for family gatherings. At the heart of the garden, a sunken firepit area with steps leads to an outdoor deck with a bar table and high stools, all shaded by a large umbrella for enjoying ocean views. On the side of the building, we created a hidden outdoor bath, surrounded by lush tropical leaves, offering a secluded retreat.
